My Story
Elected in 2019 Mark has been working with other Green Party councillors to respond to the climate and ecological emergencies, supporting measures to help the district become carbon neutral by 2030 and protect the environment.
He is involved in projects to improve biodiversity throughout the Forest, particularly in the way road verges and other grassland areas are managed.
Mark is passionate about improving the balance between the places where we live and the vehicles that drive through them. He is campaigning for 20 mph limits, for more cycle lanes and pedestrian crossings.
He’s a busy litter picker in Aylburton, near Lydney, where he lives with his wife and two children.
